Sea cruising 

Here are few examples of the cruises. We can tailor a special sea cruise for your group and timetable. You can start from Ahvenkoski, Loviisa or Kotka. The trips are mainly operated by 15 meter long Seastar-vessel which is comfortable and spacious even for big groups.

Fisherman´s sea cruise

Departure from Ahvenkoski. We will cruise along the old borderline of Sweden and Russia heading to river Pyhtää. From there we head for Svartholma sea fortress.

A guided tour will inform you about the history of the fortress. Lunch in a restaurant after the guided tour. Duration 6 hours.

Fisherman´s minicruise

Departure from Ahvenkoski. We will cruise along the Bay of Ahvenkoski following the old borderline of Sweden and Russia across a splendid sea scenery. Return to Ahvenkoski. Duration 2 hours.

Suursaari-island cruise

Departure from Ahvenkoski. We head for open sea crossing the Bay of Ahvenkoski. By the border of Finland and Russia you can admire the island Suursaari, known as “the jewel of the Baltic Sea”. Next we will head for the island of Kaunissaari. The lunch is served in the idyllic restaurant of the island. From Kaunissaari we return back to Ahvenkoski. Duration 6 hours.

Visit to sea aquarium, Maretarium of Kotka

Departure from Ahvenkoski or Loviisa. One way trip to Kotka takes approximately 1.5 hours. Lunch and drinks served during the trip.
